RIIZE just dropped two completely different dance practice videos on the same day — and both are absolutely addictive.

On June 4, 2026, the SM Entertainment boy group surprised fans with contrasting covers of Apink’s “Dumhdurum” and 2PM’s “Heartbeat.” One is bright, bubbly, and full of charm. The other is sharp, intense, and dripping with charisma. The fact that the same seven members nailed both concepts so perfectly shows just how versatile this group really is.

RIIZE’s Contrasting Dance Covers

Cover Song	Vibe	Standout Elements	Fan Reaction
Apink – “Dumhdurum”	Cute & Playful	Bright energy, perfect sync, adorable expressions	“They ate the girl crush concept”
2PM – “Heartbeat”	Powerful & Sexy	Sharp isolations, strong presence, mature performance	“This is peak RIIZE”

The “Dumhdurum” cover feels like a breath of fresh air. Shot in a colorful studio, the members fully committed to the cute concept with bouncy choreography, bright smiles, and flawless synchronization. Sungchan and Sohee’s playful expressions particularly stood out, while the whole group looked like they were genuinely having fun.

In complete contrast, their “Heartbeat” cover is dark, intense, and dripping with charisma. The sharp isolations, powerful body control, and smoldering stares show a completely different side of RIIZE. Shot in a moody, low-lit setting, this version highlights their growing maturity as performers.

This double release comes at a perfect time. While we’ve been celebrating CORTIS dominating rookie rankings, AND2BLE’s back-to-back wins, and TREASURE breaking sales records with “WAV”, RIIZE continues to show why they’re one of the most well-rounded 4th-generation groups. Their ability to switch between concepts so effortlessly is genuinely impressive.

Conclusion

RIIZE pulling off both a perfect cute concept and a powerful sexy concept on the same day is exactly why we love them. Whether they’re serving bright smiles or intense stares, these boys commit 100%. This double release doesn’t just show their range — it proves they can master any vibe thrown at them. If this is what they’re delivering in between comebacks, their next title track is going to be dangerous. Shawols and Riizers, we are truly eating well.
