Twenty years. Countless gaming milestones. And one seriously impressive party in Taipei. ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) is marking its 20th anniversary at Computex 2026 with an immersive ROG Lab showcase that blends two decades of legacy with a bold vision for the future of gaming. From limited-edition anniversary hardware to AI-driven interactive experiences, ROG’s Computex booth is more than a product launch — it’s a celebration of gaming culture itself.

What’s Happening at ROG’s Computex 2026 Booth?

The centrepiece is the ROG Lab experience — first introduced last year and now fully evolved into an interactive playground that bridges ROG’s past, present, and future. Visitors can explore five distinct experience zones covering AI, creativity, ergonomics, immersive gameplay, and intelligent systems.

A dedicated 20th Anniversary Zone puts the spotlight on iconic ROG innovations across two decades — from pioneering enthusiast components to redefining gaming laptops, displays, networking, and full gaming ecosystems — displayed alongside next-generation hardware and lifestyle products.

The Edition 20 Lineup: Limited, Legendary

At the heart of the celebration is the ROG Edition 20 ecosystem — a curated collection of limited-edition products designed to honour 20 years of ROG’s design and performance philosophy. These aren’t just anniversary stickers on existing products; they represent ROG at its most refined.

Computex Best Choice Awards 2026: ROG Sweeps the Board

ROG didn’t just show up to celebrate — it showed up to win. The brand walked away with multiple Computex Best Choice Awards 2026, including a prestigious Golden Award.

Product	Award
ROG G1000 Edition 20	🥇 Golden Award — Gaming & Immersive Tech
ROG Zephyrus Duo (2026)	Best Choice Award — Gaming & Immersive Tech
ROG Flow Z13 KJP (2026)	Best Choice Award — Gaming & Immersive Tech
ROG Thor 3000W Titanium III Edition 20	Best Choice Award — Computer & System
ROG Rapture GT-BN98 Pro	Best Choice Award — Gaming & Immersive Tech

Six awards in a single show. That’s not a coincidence — that’s a brand firing on all cylinders.

Why ROG at 20 Still Matters

When ROG launched in 2006, the idea of a dedicated gaming sub-brand from a PC manufacturer was relatively novel. Two decades later, ROG has become one of the most recognisable names in the global gaming industry — spanning laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, networking gear, and even gaming lifestyle apparel and furniture.

According to Wikipedia’s overview of ASUS, ASUS has consistently been one of the world’s largest PC vendors, and ROG has been a key driver of its premium positioning in enthusiast markets worldwide.

What makes the 20th anniversary significant isn’t just longevity — it’s relevance. ROG is actively shaping next-generation gaming experiences through AI integration, ergonomic innovation, and immersive display technology, ensuring the brand remains at the cutting edge rather than coasting on nostalgia.
