The teaser image gives off dreamy, youthful energy that feels like a perfect evolution of their signature bright-yet-bold sound. Coming right after the massive K-pop Billboard World Albums sweep we covered — where CORTIS held No.1 alongside NMIXX, Stray Kids, TXT, ENHYPEN, and NewJeans — STAYC is perfectly positioned to keep the momentum going.

This news also arrives hot on the heels of aespa’s record-breaking LEMONADE era, CORTIS topping brand reputation rankings after their Music Core triple crown, the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2026 honors for several 4th-gen acts, and even the emotional support during (G)I-DLE’s Shuhua Sydney absence. The entire genre is on fire right now.

For more on the group’s journey from “STEREOTYPE” to global favorites, see the STAYC page on Wikipedia. Don’t miss our full K-pop news hub for teaser breakdowns, predictions, and comeback trackers.

STAYC has a special talent for dropping feel-good bops at exactly the right moment. “2:LOVE” looks like it could be their warmest, catchiest release yet. Mark your calendars, Swiths — June 16 is going to feel like love at first listen. 💖
