Seo In Guk Is the Cold, No-Nonsense Boss We Can’t Stop Thinking About in See You at Work Tomorrow!

Seo In Guk is back — and this time, he’s not here to smile, socialise, or apologise. tvN’s upcoming romance drama “See You at Work Tomorrow!” has just dropped new character stills, and honestly? The frosty boss energy is hitting different.

Meet Kang Si Woo — The “3 NOs Man”

Based on a hit webtoon of the same name, the drama follows Cha Ji Yoon (Park Ji Hyun), a burnt-out office worker looking for a fresh start — who ends up crossing paths with her impossible boss, Kang Si Woo, played by Seo In Guk.

And Kang Si Woo is a lot. Here’s the breakdown of his infamous persona:

He’s the guy at the office everyone whispers about and nobody dares approach. The newly released stills show Kang Si Woo in a sharp suit, laser-focused on work, emotionally distant even with his own team. Ice-cold? Absolutely. Intriguing? Even more so.

Why This Drama Deserves a Spot on Your Watchlist in See You at Work Tomorrow?

If you’ve been following the rise of office romance K-dramas, See You at Work Tomorrow! slots right into that sweet spot — enemies-to-lovers tension, workplace chaos, and a male lead who has a lot of emotional growing up to do.

The big question the drama poses: What happens when a man more comfortable with spreadsheets than people meets someone who refuses to be ignored?

Seo In Guk, known for emotionally layered roles, is the perfect casting for a character whose walls were clearly built brick by brick. Fans of his work in Doom at Your Service — where he played a literal god of doom with a soft side — will recognise the blueprint.
