Samsung is constantly improving its flip-phone designs every year from the very first edition that was launched way back in 2019. The foldable smartphones of Samsung are getting better and a massive upgrade is being pushed to the newer version every time. We saw the Galaxy Z Flip 2 had a major design update over the 1st generation Z Flip model.
Now the company is preparing to launch 3rd generation Z Flip smartphone and the design has been recently revealed. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 seems to have a different colour code and a larger secondary display from the recently leaked snapshots. The smartphone seems to have a dual tone colour design at the outer shell where the rear camera and the secondary display is placed.
As mentioned the design will remind you of Google’s Pixel series smartphones that had a dual-tone design at the back. But more interestingly this design on the Galaxy Z Flip3 will have a true purpose. The black tone at the top around the rear camera section is made to blend both the secondary display and the dual-rear cameras with the design of the body.
In the previous models, the display beside the rear camera seems pretty odd and now the modified design just made it a little better. Now the dual-rear camera and the large display will not look odd on the outer side, rather it can now blend with the body with the black colour.
Other than this design change we haven’t noticed any other major change in the smartphone. Rumors claim that it could be sporting a 6.9-inch internal screen with a smaller punch-hole and a new UTC. This time Z Flip 3 will be priced higher than its predecessor.
