K-Drama Ratings Round-Up: Sold Out On You Stays Solid While Cabbage Your Life Hits Its Lowest Point Yet

The K-drama ratings game is never short of drama — on screen and off it. This week, SBS’s newest romantic comedy is off to a quietly confident start, while a rival show on KBS 2TV is unfortunately heading in the opposite direction.

K-Drama Ratings at a Glance — April 23, 2026

Sold Out On You — A Stable and Promising Start

Starring the ever-charming Ahn Hyo Seop and rising star Chae Won Bin, Sold Out On You has done something rare in the competitive K-drama landscape — it held its premiere ratings exactly for the second episode, scoring a steady 3.3% nationwide average on both nights according to Nielsen Korea.

In a genre where second-episode dips are practically expected, consistency is its own kind of momentum. For fans who’ve been following Ahn Hyo Seop’s trajectory — and his recent big-screen success — this romantic comedy looks like a safe and enjoyable watch. If you want to know more about how K-drama ratings are measured, Nielsen Korea’s TV ratings methodology gives a solid breakdown of how viewership numbers are tracked across the country.

Cabbage Your Life — Struggling to Find Its Footing

On the other side of the dial, KBS 2TV’s Cabbage Your Life stumbled to an all-time series low of 1.5% on its fifth episode. Hitting a new low midway through a drama’s run is a worrying sign, suggesting audiences aren’t sticking around despite having had several episodes to warm up to the show.

With competition from SBS’s new entry and the general fragmentation of viewing habits across streaming platforms, broadcast dramas have an increasingly tough battle for eyeballs
