The film opened big — ₹5.90 crore on Day 1 and a massive ₹7.35 crore on Day 3 (Sunday) — setting the tone for what was to be a genuine blockbuster run. Its first week grossed an impressive ₹35.75 crore, making it one of the stronger Malayalam comedy openers in recent memory.
