Oppo Find X3 series is gaining popularity from the time it launches on global platforms. We are loving the new design of the smartphones and the specifications are a cherry on the top. These smartphones are one of the flagship series from the band and there is another flagship segment that runs on the name Reno. The last time we saw the Reno 4 series, and now we are waiting for the upcoming successor of this series.
The Reno 6 series might be the next offering from the brand this year. So if you are wondering what happened with the Oppo Reno 5 series, then we are on the same page, as the information is scarce right now regarding the official naming of this smartphone series.
By the end of Q2 last year, on the month of June Oppo had launched the Reno 4 series, and now according to a Chinese tipster, the company might launch the Reno 6 series somewhere around that time this year. The vanilla version of the Reno 6 series, which is expected to be the Reno 6 5G has been spotted on China’s 3C certification website revealing some of its key specifications.
The PEPM00 model number has been spotted in the certification. The particular phone listed on it will feature a 90hz refresh rate display. On the processor side, we will see a Mediatek Dimensity 1200 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, that will run on Android 11 based on Color OS 11.1. There might be a huge battery that will be powered by a 65W fast charging.
Another model has been spotted on the TENAA website where we got both the model number and image of the upcoming smartphone of Oppo. It seems that the design already speaks for itself and this one is a bit different from the previous model that we talked about in the last paragraph. This phone has a model number PEXM00. It also comes with a 65W fast charging support and a 6.43″ display with a 90hz refresh rate. The Mediatek Dimensity 1200 chipset of this phone is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, that will run on Android 11 based on Color OS 11.1. One more additional feature of this phone is that it is just 7.9mm in thickness.
