There’s something wonderfully real about a groom watching his bride-to-be have the time of her life — surrounded by family, drenched in turmeric water, covered in flowers — and feeling genuinely left out. That’s exactly the wholesome energy Allu Sirish brought to the internet today, as Nayanika Reddy shared video glimpses from her Mailapolu and Mangalasnanam pre-wedding ceremonies, and he couldn’t hide his FOMO one bit.

The bride captioned her reel with just the right amount of drama — “When a 90s kid becomes a bride… this is the only acceptable soundtrack.” And honestly, it showed. The outdoor ceremony, set in a beautifully decorated garden, captured the full spirit of a Telugu wedding ritual — joyful, chaotic, soaked in tradition and laughter.

The Ceremony That Stole the Day

In the video, Nayanika is seen first seeking divine blessings before the festivities kick off with the traditional Haldi application by family members. Then comes the Mangalasnanam — the family pours water over the bride and showers her with flowers as friends join in, getting just as drenched and joyful as the bride herself.

It’s the kind of pre-wedding chaos that photos can’t fully capture — and the video did full justice to the warmth, laughter, and slightly uncontrollable fun of the moment. Little wonder Sirish was watching from afar with a grin and a pang of genuine envy.

The Allu family tradition of keeping intimate ceremonies, well, intimate held true here. But the day wasn’t all separation — this same morning, Allu Arjun and Sneha Reddy visited Nayanika’s home for a separate sacred gathering, where the extended family came together just hours before the main wedding.

Their star-studded pre-wedding reception had already set the tone for this celebration, drawing guests like Ram Charan, Naga Chaitanya, Nagarjuna, Rana Daggubati, Nani, and filmmaker Atlee — with even Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna skipping their own post-wedding reception to attend.
