A Sweet Surprise for the Newlyweds

The makers of Ranabaali dropped the first look poster and the song Endhayya Saami just two days after Vijay and Rashmika’s wedding, sharing a heartfelt message: “Our Ranabaali and Jayamma — together, forever. Celebrating their love with this special surprise.”

The timing couldn’t have been more perfect. Fans who had barely recovered from the wedding joy were now treated to a stunning period drama glimpse of their favourite real-life couple on screen together.

What the Song Shows — And Why It Hits Different

The 1-minute 20-second Endhayya Saami video portrays Ranabaali and Jayamma’s journey from a nervous first meeting through Haldi and Mehendi festivities, their wedding, and adorable hide-and-seek moments as they slowly warm up to each other in their new life together. The team ended the video with a personal note — “Happy married life, Vijay and Rashmika.”

With their real-life romance adding an unmistakable layer of authenticity, the on-screen chemistry between the two feels electric — and this is just a song preview

The Third Chapter of a Legendary On-Screen Partnership

Ranabaali marks the third film collaboration between Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna after Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade — and their first film together after their Udaipur wedding. The period drama is set during the British Raj and also features Hollywood star Arnold Vosloo making his Indian film debut.

Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, this one already has blockbuster written all over it.
