Is Samsung Charging More or Less Than Last Year?

The S26 Ultra holds at $1,299 — same as the S25 Ultra — which is a relief given rising memory chip costs and fears of a price hike. The standard Galaxy S26 at $799 also matches its predecessor, keeping the entry point stable.

The Galaxy Book6 Ultra at $2,449 is the most premium item in the lineup, and positions itself directly against the MacBook Pro M5 and Microsoft Surface Laptop 7. The Galaxy Book6 at ~$1,099 is the everyday productivity option, priced to compete with mid-tier Windows laptops from Dell and HP.

What You Get at Each Price Point

Galaxy S26 Ultra ($1,299): Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 200MP main camera with Leica-tuned Zoom Anyplace AI, 7.9mm chassis, 60W wired charging, Privacy Display, AI Photo Assist, and S Pen — the full flagship package, now on Armor Aluminum 2.0 instead of titanium.

Galaxy S26+ ($999): Same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or Exynos 2600 (region-dependent), 50MP triple camera system, 45W charging, 4,900mAh battery — the sweet spot for buyers who want flagship performance without the Ultra’s bulk.

Galaxy S26 ($799): Compact flagship — smaller display, 50MP main camera, 25W charging, and the same chipset trickle-down as the rest of the lineup, making this year’s base model meaningfully faster than the S25.

Galaxy Buds4 Pro ($249): Samsung’s new flagship TWS with upgraded ANC, Conversation Mode improvements, and tighter Galaxy AI integration for real-time translation.

Galaxy Book6 series: Samsung’s Windows laptop lineup with Galaxy AI baked in — Galaxy Book6 Ultra targets creators and professionals, the Pro covers the business user, and the standard Book6 handles everyday productivity.

Pre-orders are live now on Samsung’s official website, with shipments beginning March 11, 2026.
