Digman! Is Coming to Netflix — Andy Samberg’s Wildly Funny Animated Series is here

If you’ve never heard of Digman!, you’re exactly why this move is happening. Andy Samberg’s criminally underappreciated animated comedy — the one he personally describes as something he’s “so proud of” — is finally making its way to the biggest streaming platform on the planet. And honestly? It’s about time.

What Is Digman! and Why Should You Care?

Think of a world where archaeologists are the biggest celebrities alive — hounded by paparazzi, worshipped like rockstars, drowning in ego. Now imagine Indiana Jones, but insufferable, hilarious, and voiced by Andy Samberg doing a full-blown Nicolas Cage impression. That’s Digman! in a nutshell.

The show follows Rip Digman, a once-legendary swashbuckling historian who was fired from the Smithsonian a decade ago. Now, alongside his ambitious assistant Saltine, he’s on a mission to reclaim his glory by hunting down legendary artifacts. It’s absurdist, joke-dense, and completely unhinged in the best possible way.

Created by Andy Samberg and Neil Campbell — the same duo behind Brooklyn Nine-Nine — and produced by animation powerhouse Titmouse, the show is sharp, fast-paced, and packed with the kind of comedy that rewards rewatching.

Digman! on Netflix: Key Details

A Cast That Reads Like a Guest List You’d Dream Up

Alongside Samberg, the voice cast includes Mitra Jouhari, Tim Robinson (I Think You Should Leave), Melissa Fumero, and Tim Meadows. Season 1 also features guest appearances from Daniel Radcliffe, Maya Rudolph, Jane Lynch, and Jason Schwartzman — a genuinely ridiculous lineup that signals just how much talent the show attracted.

This Netflix debut is part of the broader licensing partnership between Netflix and Paramount, which has already brought over titles like Watson, SEAL Team, and Mayor of Kingstown. The move significantly expands Digman!’s potential audience after it spent its run buried on Paramount+.

As for Season 3, Samberg himself confirmed it’s still being actively discussed — and a bigger Netflix audience could make all the difference. For the latest updates on Digman! and everything new hitting Netflix this month, head to technosports.co.in — your go-to streaming news hub.
