Genshin Impact Luna III: Moon Sisters’ Forgotten Saga Unveiled!

Genshin Impact’s Luna III Archon Quest dropped epic lore bombs in Acts V “Nocturne of the Far North” and VI “Melting Moonlight in the Morning Mist,” shifting from combat frenzy to a mesmerizing deep dive into Teyvat’s erased history—spotlighting Columbina’s desperate Frost Moon homecoming, Hyperborea’s phantom echoes, and the tragic Moon Sisters banished by Heavenly Principles .

This patch masterfully slows the pace in Nod-Krai, letting players bond with characters like Lauma, Arlecchino, and Alice amid fewer fights, as Columbina’s fading form (rejected by Teyvat’s false sky) unravels ancient betrayals:

Nibelung’s Dragon King era birthed three moons (Eternal, Iridescent, Frost) with goddesses Aria, Canon, and Sonnet enforcing life’s laws, only for Heavenly Principles to war them in a 40-day clash, followed by Nibelung’s Abyss-fueled revenge weaponizing the moons in the “War of Funerary Flames”—culminating in their Irminsul erasure, leaving phantoms trapped in samsara cycles at Starsand Shoal, even ensnaring the Traveler’s indestructible spaceship in timeless loops;

Alice (Hexenzirkel founder, Klee’s mom) breaks the fourth wall to reveal border-sustaining secrets, while Nicole (Seelie angel) decodes Hyperborean murals, anchoring Columbina’s existence via her true name “Hyposelenia” as Teyvat resists otherworldly beings, priming Luna IV for Nod-Krai’s climax and bigger cosmic threads .
