Apple to make thinner and lighter MacBook Air with a magnetic charger

Apple Company is trying to make a thinner and lighter version of the MacBook Air, it will be the company’s mass-market laptop with a lot of the matter. It is planned that the new computer to be released during the second half of this year at the earliest or in 2022. This latest technology will be included Apple’s MagSafe charging technology and a next-generation version of the company’s in-house Mac processors.

The Company has discussed the flexibility of making the laptop smaller by shrinking the border around the screen, which will remain 13-inches. The weight of the current model is 2.8 pounds and half an inch over at its thickest point.

It is considered that building a larger version of the MacBook Air with a 15-inch screen. But apple is unable to moving forward with this for the next generation, said the people, whom Apple Spokesperson declined to comment.

A magnetic charging system MagSafe was removed from the Mac Book Air with its 2018 redesign. It indicates that any accidental jerk of the power cable would simply detach it from the laptop rather than pull down the entire computer. For connecting external devices the latest model will have a pair of USB 4 ports.

The latest laptop model is destined to be a higher-end version of the current MacBook Air. As an entry-level offering, it is expected to remain in the company’s lineup. In November, Apple has updated the product with its own M1 Mac chip by replacing a processor from Intel Corp.

All we know that the Mac is Apple’s oldest product line and has a loyal following. A few years ago, the company was condemned enough not to update its computers and not fulfill its demand. With the new MacBook Air, Apple is planning to launch its biggest update to the MacBook Pro in 2016, the first redesign of the iMac, a new Intel-based Mac Pro with a half-sized Mac Pro desktop with in-house chips.

The new upcoming MacBook Pro model is an example of Apple’s renewed focus on Mac loyalists. They also have planned to bring back an SD card slot for the next MacBook Pros so customers can insert memory cards from digital cameras. In the beginning, this feature was there in it. Still, in 2016, this feature was removed to the dismay of professional photographers and video creators, key segments of the MacBook Pro user base.

The Company has also developed an underlying Mac support for cellular connectivity, Macs’ ability to connect to the internet via smartphone networks, and the Face ID company’s facial recognition system. But this feature will not be ready for now, but it will launch in the coming soon. Mainly, the face ID had planned for iMac redesign, but now it’s unlikely to be included in the first iteration of the new design.
