How It Works

Once your Samsung product is delivered, register an installation request before 4 PM IST. Within four hours, expert service engineers arrive at your doorstep to complete the setup—no delays, no hassles during the festive rush.

Beyond municipal limits, installation happens within 24 hours, still significantly faster than traditional timelines that could stretch days during peak festive demand.

Expert Demos Included

Samsung’s service engineers don’t just install—they educate. Each customer receives a personalized demonstration covering advanced features, smart usage tips, and optimization techniques. The goal is ensuring you unlock every device’s full potential from day one.

This hands-on guidance proves especially valuable for tech-heavy products like Samsung’s AI-powered refrigerators, feature-rich washing machines, and smart air conditioners where many capabilities go undiscovered without proper orientation.

SmartThings Integration

Engineers assist in connecting new devices to Samsung’s SmartThings ecosystem, enabling seamless integration across appliances. Whether controlling your AC remotely, monitoring refrigerator status, or scheduling washing machine cycles, SmartThings transforms individual products into a cohesive smart home network.

The app offers personalized, human-centric AI Home experiences, making daily routines more convenient whether at home or work. This setup support removes technical barriers that often prevent users from embracing smart features.

Why This Matters for Festive Shopping

According to Sunil Cutinha, VP of Customer Satisfaction at Samsung India, festivals celebrate togetherness—not waiting for setups. By prioritizing customer time and convenience, Samsung ensures every purchase is ready the same day with expert backing.

The initiative reinforces Samsung’s commitment to premium ownership experiences, particularly crucial during Diwali and other major festivals when families want appliances operational immediately for celebrations and gatherings.
