by - HP

CES the biggest platform for tech to display the company’s most innovative and recent works to the whole world. In the list, I’m sure, HP’s new M-series Full HD monitors will get a high rank. The reason is, HP has built these monitors by processing plastic wastes. Needless to say, this will help to reduce e-waste on a major scale.

HP’s new M-Series Full HD monitor lineup contains three models – M24f, M27f, and M32f. As per HP, these three are the world’s first Eyesafe monitors made up of processed ocean-bound plastics. 85% of the display is recycled material of which 5% is ocean-bound plastic.

If you analyze the model names properly, you will find that the monitors will have 23.8-inch, 27-inch, and 31.5-inch screens respectively with Full HD (1920×1080) resolution rated at 75Hz and a 5ms gray-to-gray response time. In terms of color accuracy, the monitors feature 8-bit color depth and capable of covering 99% of the sRGB color gamut. Users will get a pick brightness of 300 nits in the aspect ration of 1000:1, the Eyesafe certification is also there.

The M27f is coming with two HDMI 1.4 ports along with a VGA port, whereas the M24f has a single HDMI 1.4 port and a VGA port. Unfortunately, there is no compatibility for VESA in any of these monitors.

All these M-Series monitors will come to the market in March and as per the sources, the pricing will start from $139.
