5 Malayalam OTT Lineup You Can’t Miss

1. Muthassi — A Family’s Buried Secrets

Set in a secluded Tulu village on the Kerala-Karnataka border, this horror mystery follows Leela, a devoted mother, whose son starts showing unsettling changes once her husband returns home. Veteran actress KPAC Leela anchors a story that slowly peels back generations of hidden family history. Expect slow-burn dread rather than jump scares.

2. Lingam — From the Kabaddi Court to Crisis

This Malayalam-dubbed sports action thriller follows Kathir as a kabaddi champion whose path to becoming an officer is derailed by a sudden incident during a crucial match. What follows is a transformation arc — sport, ambition, and unexpected adversity collide as he reshapes his goals.

3. Cup — Small-Town Dreams, Big Stakes

A heartfelt sports drama centered on Nidhin Babu, a young badminton player from Kerala chasing competitive glory. Between academic pressure, family expectations, and personal hurdles, Cup captures the universal tension between ambition and everyday reality — a coming-of-age story wrapped in sporting drama.

4. Blast — Martial Arts Meets Family Loyalty

This action-packed dub stars Arjun Sarja as a karate master whose family — wife Neelaveni and martial-artist daughter Nila — gets pulled into a dangerous business conflict. Expect high-octane confrontations balanced with strong family-bond storytelling, making it a solid pick for action lovers.

5. Kunddala Puranam — A Well, A Village, And Chaos

A lighter comedy-drama to round off the week, this one revolves around a shared village well owned by Venu. When his daughter’s earrings accidentally fall in, it triggers a chain of comic and emotional events that expose the quirks of community life. Indrans leads with his signature charm.

Malayalam cinema’s growing reach on streaming platforms reflects its broader rise within the Indian film industry, known for its strong storytelling and realism.
