The all-new Toyota Camry has officially launched in India, following its global debut at the end of 2023. The refreshed model is offered with a number of design updates, fresh color options, upgraded specs, and a new engine range. It replaces the previous-gen model that has been on sale in India since 2019, with a mid-life facelift introduced in 2022. The new Camry will probably dominate the market for executive sedans again at ₹48 lakh (Ex-sh), while also flaunting extreme referrals and safety continues.

In global markets, the Camry comes in a number of trims that include the LE, SE, XLE, and XSE, but in India, it is only available in one fully loaded variant. The design is in line with Toyota’s global styling language, with updates such as a new front fascia, extended front overhangs, a lower roofline, and a large honeycomb-patterned grille. The car gets 19-inch alloy wheels, sleek LED headlamps, C-shaped LED DRLs, and updated C-shaped tail lamps. It has also gotten larger quarters on the rear glass.

Inside, the new Camry comes loaded with luxury, including natural leather upholstery with a microfiber surface. The interior features a new 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 10-inch heads-up display (HUD). Other features of the car include a 9-speaker JBL audio system, ventilated and heated seats, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay wireless, connected car technology, a 360-degree camera, 5 USB ports, a wireless phone charging pad, and a panoramic sunroof.

Safety features include Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 with multiple airbags and driver-assistance systems (ADAS), including dynamic radar cruise control, lane departure alert with steering assist, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and pre-collision braking.

The 2025 Toyota Camry retains the petrol-hybrid powertrain it replaces, which combines a 2.5L, 4-cylinder petrol engine with twin electric motors for a total output of 230 hp. The eCVT gearbox that drives the front wheels is combined with the system. Equipped with a higher fuel economy, up to 30% more efficient than the previous model.
