Acer launches its new Tiger Lake powered laptops in India

Acer has launched its new series of Swift and Aspire laptops in India. Among the released laptops is the Acer Swift 5, Acer Swift 3 (SF314-59), Swift 3 (SF313-53), Acer Swift 3X, and Acer Aspire 5. All of these machines are powered by the 11th generation Intel Core processors (Tiger Lake).

Acer Swift 5 (SF514-55T)

The laptop is priced starting at Rs. 79,999. It features a 14-inch full-HD display and peak brightness of 340 nits, covers 100 percent of the sRGB color gamut, and sports 90 percent of screen to body ratio. The show has an anti-microbial Corning Gorilla Glass coating for additional protection. The machine is powered by the latest 11th-generation Intel Core i5 and Intel Core i7 processors along with Intel Iris Xe graphics.

Battery life will reportedly last up to 17 hours on a single charge. Ports of the laptop include USB-Type C, Thunderbolt 4, and USB3.2 Gen 2

Acer Swift 3x

The laptop is also priced at Rs. 79,999, the same as Acer Swift 5. The Swift 3x features a 14-inch full-HD IPS screen and has 72 percent of the NTSC color gamut and 84 percent screen-to-body ratio. The display, however, comes integrated with Acer ExaColor and Acer Color Intelligence that reduces eye strain. The laptop is powered by the 11th Gen Intel Core processor, accompanied by the new Intel Iris Xe MAX discrete graphics.

The machine claims a battery life of up to 17.5 hours, touting to provide 4-hours of use with just 30 minutes of charge time. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, 2×2 MU-MIMO, USB Type-C, Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.0, and USB 3.2 Gen 2 port.

Acer Swift 3

There are two swift three models, the SF313-53 and SF314-59, both devices are priced at Rs. 67,999. The SF313-53 features a 13.5-inch display with 2,256×1,504 pixels resolution along with 3:2 aspect ratio. The device offers a peak brightness of 400 nits and covers 100 percent of the sRGB color gamut. The device can last up to 18 hours on a single charge.

The Acer SF314-59 model, on the other hand, comes with a 14-inch full-HD display along with an 82.73 percent screen to body ratio.

Both devices are powered by the 11th-generation Intel Core i7 and Core i5 processors and integrated with the latest Intel Iris Xe graphics. Both models sport a backlit keyboard and develop up to 1TB PCIe Gen 3 x 4 SSD memory. Connectivity options include Thunderbolt 4 and Wi-Fi 6.

Acer Aspire 5

The Aspire 5 price starts at Rs. 54,999, and it features a 14-inch full-HD IPS display. The display is powered with Acer’s Color Intelligence and eye care technology called Acer BlueLightShield. The machine is powered by the latest 11th Gen Intel Core processors, paired along with NVIDIA GeForce MX350. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi 6. It has up to1TB M.2 PCIe SSD along with up to 2TB HDD.
