Apple introduces its Online Store in India from 23rd September

A piece of very exciting news has arrived from the American technology giant Apple. as they are going to launch its online store in India for the first time and will go live on September 23. The news is confirmed by the Chief Executive Officer of Apple, Tim Cook. The online store will offer the full range of products available from Apple and also offer customer support directly for the first time as well.

From the online Apple Store, the willing customer can not only purchase the products online but also they will get the guidance of the Apple specialist for purchases products and provide support. Customers will get the guidance directly from Apple, including online support in English, and phone support is Hindi and English.

According to Bloomberg report, it is the first step of the company to open the online store in India, they will also be opening the physical retail locations, starting next year in Mumbai and the second outlet will be in Bangalore.

As we know, Apple products have been sold through e-commerce stores like Flipkart, Amazon, and some offline partners. The company also announced to launch an education store for India, which will offer special pricing on the accessories like, Mac Computers, iPad tablets, and Apple’s premium options called AppleCare+, also the buyers will get a warranty with up to 2 years of technical support and accidental damage cover.

According to Apple’s Vice President of Retail- Deirdre O’Brien, they are grateful to be expanding in India and want to provide their support to the customers. He also said: “We know our users are relying on technology to stay connected, engage in learning, and tap into their creativity, and by bringing the Apple Store online to India, we are offering our customers the very best of Apple at this important time.

According to Apple’s report, the customers will get the contactless delivery through BlueDart within 24 to 72 hours. Apple is also expected to offers sessions for photography and music, and as well as gifts wraps ans custom engraving, likely to make gift giving for festivals like, Diwali.
