This marks a significant milestone for multinational corporations (MNCs) and local businesses seeking streamlined, modern communication tools for their hybrid workforces. This service enables businesses to replace traditional PBX systems, consolidating communication needs into one secure and user-friendly platform. Additionally, Zoom Phone is equipped with AI Companion features like post-call summaries and voicemail task extraction, further boosting productivity.
