The successor to Xiaomi 13 is rumored to feature a 6.44-inch OLED display with a sharp 1.5K resolution and might be powered by the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The Xiaomi 14 is anticipated to come equipped with a 4,600mAh battery, supporting both 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

A source known as Tipster Anvin shared a poster on X (formerly Twitter), purportedly containing the comprehensive specifications of the Xiaomi 14. According to the poster, the upcoming device will feature a 6.44-inch Huaxing C8 OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a speedy 120Hz refresh rate.
This screen is expected to offer features like Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support, along with the capability to produce up to 2,800 nits of brightness and cover the DCI-P3 color gamut. Notably, Xiaomi is planning to introduce a significant change to its smartphones with the Xiaomi 14 series by replacing MIUI with a new operating system called HyperOS.
The Xiaomi 14 is rumored to run on Qualcomm’s forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, complemented by LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Qualcomm is anticipated to unveil this next-generation flagship chipset later this month. Additionally, the device may incorporate an extensive VC cooling system for efficient thermal management.
In terms of photography, the Xiaomi phone could feature a Leica-branded triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50-megapixel OV50H primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor.
