WWDC 2023 event will begin on Monday and along with new software like iOS 17 and watchOS 10, the company is anticipated to reveal its long-rumored mixed reality headset. Aside from that, we may see new Macs at the event. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reports that Apple will unveil “several new Macs” at the event.

With only a few days until the WWDC 2023 special event, Gurman predicted on Twitter that the keynote will be centred mostly on many new Macs and the mixed reality headgear, with new versions of Apple’s operating systems taking a back seat.

It’s no surprise that the mixed reality headgear, so far dubbed Apple Reality Pro, will take the stage at the event. Apple has been working on this project for years, and it is the company’s next big thing following the 2014 release of the Apple Watch.

Apple has invited numerous VR experts to attend the WWDC 2023 event in person, implying that the headgear is on the way.

There’s a lot of ambiguity surrounding impending Mac goods. For a long time, rumours have been circulating about a new 15-inch MacBook Air. Apple has been working on new 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air models with the M3 CPU, according to rumours. A new 13-inch MacBook Pro powered by M3 is also in development.

Apple just updated the Mac mini and high-end MacBook Pro models with the M2 processor and its variants, so it appears doubtful that these models will be updated again anytime soon. There’s the iMac, but according to Gurman, Apple has decided to bypass the M2 chip for its all-in-one desktop for the WWDC 2023 event.
