How to Redeem Codes in Wuthering Waves

You must reach Union Level 2 and complete the “Utterance of Marvels” quest in Chapter 1, Act 1 to unlock code redemption. This takes approximately 30-60 minutes of gameplay.

Step-by-step redemption process:

Launch Wuthering Waves and press ESC (PC) or access the pause menu
Click the Settings cog icon in the bottom right corner
Select the Other Settings tab (wrench icon)
Find the Redemption Code option under the Account section
Enter your code exactly as shown (case-sensitive)
Click Confirm to activate the code
Open your Mailbox (envelope icon) to claim rewards

Remember that mailbox rewards expire after two weeks, so claim them immediately upon redemption.

Visit the official Wuthering Waves website for the latest news and announcements about upcoming codes.

When to Expect New Codes

Kuro Games typically releases new codes during:

Maintenance compensation (for extended downtime)

The next major code drop will likely arrive with the Version 3.0 livestream around late December 2025, which promises to be the biggest update yet.

Time Sensitivity: Livestream codes typically expire 48-72 hours after announcement, so bookmark this page and check back regularly for updates.

FAQs

Q: Why can’t I find the redemption code option in my settings?

The redemption feature unlocks only after reaching Union Level 2 and completing the “Utterance of Marvels” main quest in Chapter 1, Act 1. If you’re a new player, continue progressing through the story until you defeat the first tutorial boss. The feature should appear in Settings → Other Settings → Account section once unlocked. This progression requirement prevents bot abuse and ensures legitimate player access.

Q: Are there any other ways to get free Astrite besides codes?

Yes, absolutely! Daily commissions alone provide 60 Astrite per day (1,800 monthly). Completing the main story, exploration activities, and participating in limited-time events yields thousands of additional Astrite. Version 2.8 events offer substantial rewards for minimal effort. Additionally, maintenance compensation typically provides 300 Astrite when servers go offline for updates. Combining these methods with occasional redeem codes ensures steady resource accumulation without spending real money.
