What Makes Mighty Pokemon Special?

These aren’t your average wild spawns. Mighty Pokemon feature significantly boosted CP levels, making them battle-ready immediately after capture. The increased XL and XXL size odds appeal to collectors chasing those size badges. For competitive players, these high-CP catches save mountains of Stardust and Candy.

Nagasaki Exclusive Lineup (Nov 7-9)

The in-person Nagasaki event features 24 Mighty Pokemon, including powerhouses like Tyranitar, Garchomp, and Hydreigon—all with shiny potential. Fan favorites Primarina and costume Bewear wearing wilderness capes add collector appeal.

Incense-exclusive Lake Guardians (Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf) make their appearance, with only Azelf available in shiny form. This is a rare chance to complete your regional trio.

Global Event Schedule: Mark Your Calendar

Saturday, November 15, 2025 The Saturday roster features 9 Mighty Pokemon including Tyranitar, Garchomp, Absol, and Meowscarada. All carry shiny possibilities, making Saturday prime time for shiny hunting.

Sunday, November 16, 2025 Sunday shifts the lineup to 9 different species featuring Alolan Ninetales, Gardevoir, Weavile, and Drapion. Smart hunters will play both days for complete coverage.

Incense Strategy: Double Your Chances

Here’s the game-changer: 10 Mighty Pokemon appear through Incense encounters on both days, including Tyranitar, Garchomp, and Weavile. Pop an Incense and you’ll access species not in the wild spawn pool for that specific day.

Ticket holders gain access to the Lake Guardian trio through Incense. This is your opportunity to catch Uxie, Mesprit, and hunt shiny Azelf without regional travel restrictions.

Must-Catch Priorities

Focus your efforts on these standouts. Tyranitar and Garchomp dominate PvE battles with their typing and stats. Meowscarada brings Gen IX starter appeal and competitive viability. Gardevoir and Hatterene excel in PvP formats with Fairy-type dominance.

Don’t sleep on Obstagoon and Galarian Weezing—their Galarian forms remain relatively rare in most regions.

Maximizing Your Event Success

Stock up on Pinap Berries to double Candy gains from these high-level catches. Use Incense strategically during both global event days to access exclusive spawns. Coordinate with your local community for raid groups and trading opportunities.

Check IVs carefully—while Mighty Pokemon spawn with higher CP, individual values still vary. That perfect Garchomp is worth the extra scrutiny.

Why This Event Matters

The Wild Area 2025 combination of boosted CP, size variety, shiny availability, and regional accessibility makes it one of Pokemon GO’s most rewarding events. Whether you’re completing your Pokedex, hunting shinies, or building competitive teams, Mighty Pokemon deliver value across all playstyles.

Mark those calendars, prepare your resources, and get ready to catch some truly Mighty Pokemon.
