Manchester City has been the most active club in the transfer market both for signing and selling players. Manchester City has signed Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund as Guardiola looks set to get his replacement for Aguero. They have also signed Kalvin Phillips as a replacement for Fernandinho as he left the club this summer after his contract expired. They have also signed an exciting young striker Julian Alvarez.

However, City have sold Gabriel Jesus to Arsenal and Sterling to Chelsea as they have freed up some space in their squad to welcome the new signings.
