To maintain the excitement and  competitiuve nature, the Board of Control for Cricket in India ( BCCI) has unveiled  some latest  rules  for IPL 2023. 

Impact Player Rule 

The  first BCCI rule is  Impact Player Rule that permits teams to follow a tactical substitution who can become a batsman or a bowler in need of teams 

Who Will be the Impacted Players? 

As per the rules, any player in the team can be impacted by who will be allowed if the team has unable to use the quota of four overseas players at the beginning.

After Toss the Top XI Can be Declared 

IPL has unveiled a new rule that permits the teams  to carry two team sgeets and declring the  final XI after the toss depending on batting or bowling. 

The Impact of Toss Getting Reduced 

For team's ability to declare the playing XI after the toss, will reduce the impact of the toss at a certain limit and make the game more competitive. 

DRS for Wides and No balls 

The new rule that allows both sides to check  for no balls and wides allowing the bowling team to chghallenge  wides and no balls by on-field  umpire.
