According to the listing, the smartphone would be powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. It is anticipated that the chipset will launch in other versions and work with up to 6GB of RAM. Android 14 is reportedly the phone’s default user interface. According to a recent Bluetooth SIG listing, the device may be Bluetooth 5.0 compatible.
The Vivo Y18 and Y03 were both seen on the Bluetooth SIG certification back in February 2024, indicating that the device supported the Bluetooth 5.0 specification. We can also see the front and rear of the Y18 in the Google Play Console listing, which shows off a design that is similar to the Y03. Moreover, the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC was listed for the Vivo Y18.
The report claims that the Google Play Console listing displayed the Vivo Y18’s design. There are rumors that it comes in a glossy glass finish and green color option. A comparatively broader chin, narrow side bezels, and a central waterdrop notch at the top to house the front camera were all features of the flat display.
It is reported that the right edge contains the volume rockers and power button. Two independent circular camera modules are purportedly mounted vertically in the upper left corner of the back panel next to an LED flash unit.
