The Vivo Y100 is a recently released smartphone with impressive features. It has a large 6.38-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 2400 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 90hz, and a peak brightness of 1300nits. The screen supports HDR10+ and has a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera.
The Vivo Y100 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC, which has eight cores and a Mali G68 GPU. It has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, with support for an additional 8GB of extended RAM. The device runs FunTouchOS 13, which is based on Android 13.0.
The Vivo Y100 has three rear cameras, including a 64MP primary shooter with optical image stabilisation and two 2MP sensors. There is also a front-facing 16MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The 4500mAh battery in the Vivo Y100 supports 44W FlashCharge fast charging via a Type-C charging port. It has a (hybrid) microSD card slot as well as a 3.5mm audio jack that is Hi-res audio certified. Metal Black, Twilight Gold, and Pacific Blue are the available colours for the phone. When exposed to sunlight, the Twilight Gold and Pacific Blue models change colours. The transition to orange and aqua blue, respectively.
The device weighs 181 grammes and measures 158.91 73.53 7.73mm. The Vivo Y100 has Dual-SIM support, 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, Glonass, BeiDou, and Galileo connectivity. The Vivo Y100 8GB + 128GB variant costs Rs 24,999 in India.
