Vivo has launched the Vivo Y03 smartphone officially and its sales are to start in Indonesia. The company’s newest low-cost smartphone took the place of the Vivo Y02, which was made official in November of last year.

The Vivo Y03 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, which means 5G is clearly not accessible. This comes with 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB or 128GB of expandable eMMC 5.1 storage. The phone has the option to accept an extra 4GB of RAM.
The panel’s waterdrop notch, which is typical of more cheap smartphones, holds a 5MP front camera.
A 13MP primary lens and a QVGA lens are housed in two camera rings on the back of the smartphone. Next to the camera setup, there is an LED flash.
The smartphone’s MediaTek Helio G85 chipset powers it. This octa-core CPU should offer decent performance for daily tasks even after it launches in 2020.
The SoC has 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64 GB or 128 GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage. Additionally, the phone has Vivo’s Extended RAM feature, which enables users to essentially add 4GB to their RAM. The latter can be expanded with a microSD card to hold up to 1TB.
The 4/64GB variant costs IDR 1,299,000 (about $83 or €76 depending on the conversion rate), while the 128GB model costs IDR 1,499,000 ($96 or €88).
