Vivo X90s: Upcoming Smartphone Appears on AnTuTu Benchmark

Vivo is preparing to release its next X90 series smartphone in China, and the device has already appeared on multiple official databases. The upcoming smartphone, called Vivo X90s, has now made an appearance on the AnTuTu benchmark.

On the AnTuTu benchmark, the Vivo X90s smartphone has been spotted with the model number V2241HA and has achieved an impressive AnTuTu benchmark score of 1657772. Furthermore, it has attained a CPU score of 435656 points, a GPU score of 605932 points, a MEM score of 314297 points, and a UX score of 301887 points.

The benchmark listing reveals that the smartphone will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset and will run on the Android 13-based operating system. The chipset will consist of a primary core, the Cortex-X3, with a clock speed of 3.35 GHz, three Cortex-A715 performance cores clocked at 3.0 GHz, and four Cortex-A510 efficiency cores clocked at 2.0 GHz.

Additionally, the Vivo X90s will feature LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage, with a storage variant of 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. The device will also integrate the Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU and support a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Vivo X90s smartphone has already received certifications from China’s MIIT and 3C, and it has been listed on Geekbench, Google Play Console, and TENAA listings. There are indications that the smartphone will be launched in June 2023, as suggested by these certifications and listings. Recently, the official image and a live shot of the smartphone were also shared.

The smartphone will feature LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage, providing users with a choice of three RAM options (8GB, 12GB, and 16GB) and four internal storage options (128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB).

According to the TENAA listing, the smartphone will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K screen resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The rear of the Vivo X90s will house a triple camera setup with a 50MP main camera and two additional 12MP cameras. For selfies, it will have a 32MP front-facing camera. The smartphone will be powered by a 2345mAh dual-cell battery, resulting in a total battery capacity of 4690mAh, and it will support 120W fast charging.
