Vivo is preparing to launch its Vivo X100 series in its home market, with rumors indicating that the debut will take place on November 17 in China. Leading up to this launch, the Vivo X100, identified by its model number V2309A, has been detected in the AnTuTu benchmark database.

Additionally, the global version of the Vivo X100, identified by its model number V2308, has appeared in the Geekbench benchmark database. These listings in AnTuTu and Geekbench provide insight into some of the key specifications of the Vivo X100. Let’s delve deeper into the details.

Vivo X100 Global Variant on AnTuTu and Geekbench

The Vivo X100, represented by the model number V2309A, is recorded on the AnTuTu database, achieving an impressive score of 2,249,858 points in the benchmark test. In terms of AnTuTu performance, the device surpasses the OnePlus 12, which is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The listing discloses that the Vivo X100 will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC.

The MediaTek Dimensity 9300 employs a high-performance Cortex X4 core clocked at 3.25GHz, three Cortex X4 cores running at 2.85GHz, and four Cortex A720 cores with a peak frequency of 2.0GHz. It also features an integrated Immortalis G720 MC12 GPU.

The AnTuTu listing also reveals that the device will boast 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM, making it the first smartphone to incorporate this type of RAM. Vivo will offer the device storage options of up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Furthermore, the upcoming X-series smartphone will come with the latest Android version, which is Android 14.

The global variant of the Vivo X100, carrying the model number V2308, has also surfaced on the Geekbench benchmark database. In the Geekbench 6 benchmark test, the X-series smartphone achieves scores of 891 in the single-core round and 3573 in the multi-core round. As indicated by the benchmark listing, the global variant of the device will feature 12GB of RAM.
