A Vivo phone with model number V2507A has been seen in the 3C certification database of China, and it is speculated to be the Vivo X Fold 5 for China. The rumored X Fold 5 was listed in the 3C certification as supporting a 90W charger, fueling speculation that it may launch in China this July. The screenshots confirm that the smartphone carries a model number of V2429, and it has received approval from certified agencies of Singapore, such as IMDA and Malaysia’s SIRIM certification.
Though the device name and specs are nowhere to be found in the IMDA listing, the SIRIM certification reveals that it’s the Vivo X Fold 5 that’s gearing up to be unveiled. Which means that probably the V2429 is the global model of the X Fold 5.
