Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is all set to be launched in the Indian market. Although the Chinese smartphone maker has not officially announced the introduction of its latest foldable device to the Indian market, a media publication claims that the global version of Vivo X Fold 3 Pro will come with Zeiss-branded cameras and the firm’s proprietary V3 chip.
The Upcoming Vivo X Fold 3 Pro
The Chinese model of the phone features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and an 8.03-inch AMOLED inner display. The phone also has a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup. As per a report by MySmartPrice, the Indian version of Vivo X Fold 3 Pro will also have Zeiss-branded cameras and a V3 imaging chip from Vivo. This would mark the first foldable device to incorporate a Zeiss imaging system.
The upcoming device is rumored to include a telephoto camera with Zeiss multifocal portrait support. The camera setup of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro in India is expected to mirror that of its Chinese counterpart, potentially featuring a 50-megapixel triple rear camera array and dual 32-megapixel selfie shooters. The price range shall be ₹1,39,999 to ₹1,49,999.
According to recent leaks, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro may be arriving in India early next month after the device appeared on Geekbench with the model number V2330. The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is powered by Android 14 with OriginOS 4 in its Chinese variant. The device has two displays with an 8.03-inch primary 2K AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,200 x 2,480 pixels.
The device also has a 6.53-inch AMOLED cover display which bears a resolution of 1,172 x 2,748 pixels. It is boosted by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with a max of 16GB of LPDD5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS4.0 storage. Notably, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro features an IPX8 rating for dust and water resistance and is powered by a 5,700mAh lithium battery, supporting 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
