The Vivo V40 series, which comes in both vanilla and Pro variants, was just unveiled to the Indian market. There are now four smartphones in this series after the announcement of the Vivo V40 Lite and Vivo V40 SE 4G / 5G in their respective territories.
Vivo V40e BIS certification details and other features
According to the BIS certification, Vivo is about to release a smartphone in India with the model number V2403. The Vivo V40e name was verified when the model number was previously seen in the Bluetooth SIG listing and IMEI database.
Although it isn’t identified by name, the Bluetooth SIG has verified that it is, in fact, the Vivo V40e. It scored 1041 on a single core and 3017 on a multi-core in terms of performance.
Up to 8GB of RAM can be paired with the processor, and Android 14—likely based on Funtouch OS 14—will be the default operating system on the smartphone. The Vivo smartphone’s octa-core SoC will be paired with a Mali G615 MC2 GPU and a k6878v1_64 motherboard.
The IDs verify that Vivo plans to use the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC in the smartphone. The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC was first seen in the CMF Phone (1) and OPPO Reno 12 5G series, to remind you. Features of the Dimensity 7300 SoC include four 2.5GHz Cortex A78 cores and four 2.0GHz Cortex A55 cores.
Two clusters of four cores operating at 2 GHz and an additional four cores operating at 2.5 GHz make up the CPU configuration. Furthermore, we recognized the GPU as the Mali-G615 MC2. The chipset matches the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 after examining all the details. Running Android 14, the prototype with 7.31 GB of RAM (marketed as 8GB RAM) was discovered on Geekbench.
