The Vivo V40, model number V2348, was spotted on the Indian BIS database on June 21, 2024. It appears that the Vivo V40 will soon arrive in India, after the release of the Vivo V40 in the global market.

It is anticipated that the V40’s Indian version will have the same specs as the device sold worldwide. The phone has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution (2800 x 1260) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Nebula Purple and Stella Silver are the two color options.
With its two cameras—a 50MP f/1.9 primary camera and a 50MP f/2.0 ultra-wide-angle camera—the Vivo V40 is expected to produce images and videos of exceptional quality. The phone offers strong performance thanks to its Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 CPU.
There could be two variations available: 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM paired with 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, or 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM paired with 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. A 5500 mAh battery with 80W rapid charging is included with the gadget.
Although no hardware specifications were disclosed in the BIS listing, we anticipate that the Vivo V40 in India will have the same specs as its international counterpart.
Recall that the 6.78-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED panel on the worldwide V40 variant is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC along with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of expandable storage that can be expanded with a microSD card.
