Vastarmor, AMD’s AIB partner, has reduced the price of its custom Radeon RX 7900 XT by $150 USD below the MSRP. The VASTARMOR Starry Sky Radeon RX 7900 XT graphics card is a special edition created for the Asian Pacific market. The Navi 31 XT graphics core powers the custom graphics card, which is part of the company’s new RDNA 3 lineup. The chip has 84 Compute Units, which equates to 5,376 cores.
The graphics card has lower clock speeds of 2.0 GHz, which is approximately 300 MHz slower than the XTX version. The card has a 320-bit bus interface and 20 GB of GDDR6 memory capacity. There’s also the Infinity Cache, which has 80 MB, which is 16 MB less than the higher variant.
The AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT custom model graphics card from VASTARMOR features metallic backplates that reinforce the body and premium PCB boards. The graphics card is dressed in black and red and features a triple-fan cooling design with smart starting and stopping support. It is also said to have RGB breathing effects thanks to its red, blue, and yellow lights.

The VASTARMOR models have the same compute units as AMD’s original model, as well as 20 GB of GDDR6 graphics memory, a 320-bit wide bus interface, and memory speeds that exceed 20 Gbps. The maximum bandwidth expected is 800 GB/s. The VASTARMOR RX 7900 XT, like the AMD model, has a dual eight-pin power connector. This is in stark contrast to NVIDIA’s power connector, which has twice the number of pins as rival AMD. The model’s TBP is 355W, which is an increase over previous generations. The VASTARMOR RX 7900 XT also has 4K UHD, HDMI, and PCIe 4.0 support.
JD.com, a Chinese online retailer, sells the VASTARMOR AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT GPU Starry Sky Edition with 20 GB GDDR6 memory for 6399 RMB, which is 1000 RMB less than its official Chinese MSRP of 7399 RMB, resulting in a $150 US price reduction.
