Built in Ganjari, the stadium’s architecture draws directly from imagery associated with Lord Shiva, featuring trident-shaped floodlights and a pavilion design inspired by the traditional damru drum. Even the stands have been shaped to echo the famous ghats that line the banks of the Ganges, giving the venue a genuinely distinctive identity among India’s growing list of modern cricket grounds.
