Step 1: New student registration 

• Visit the official website scholarship.up.gov.in of UP Government’s Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement Online System. 
• Click on the “Student” section and select “New Registration”. 
• Select the scholarship for which you want to apply. 
• Fill in all mandatory details that are marked with an *. 
• Click on “Submit” to register. 

• Take the printout of the registration slip for future reference. 

Step 2: Student Login 

• Once registered, click on the “Student” section and select the “Fresh Login” option for fresh applications and the “Renewal Login” option for renewal applications as per the scholarship you are applying for. 
• Log in using the registration number, date of birth, and password. 

• The page containing important instructions regarding form filling will open. 
• Read all instructions carefully and tick on the box given at the end of the page and click “Proceed”. 

Step 3: Filling out the scholarship application 

• Clicking on the “Proceed” button will direct the user to the user dashboard. 
• Click on the “Fill in the application form” section. 

• Fill in further details in the scholarship application form. 
• Click on submit. 

Step 4: Upload all supporting documents 

After submitting the application form, the students need to upload their photographs and other supporting documents. 

Step 5: Final submission online 

Before heading on to make the final submission of the application form, the applicants are advised to go through every piece of information filled out carefully to avoid any kind of discrepancy afterwards. Also, there is no provision for making changes to the information filled in by the applicant, once you finally submit the application form. 

Step 6: Submission of form at the respective educational institution 

After the final submission of the scholarship application form, the applicants are required to take the printout of the form and submit it along with other supporting documents to their respective educational institutions.
