TWICE’s “Strategy” Makes History with 15 Weeks on Billboard Hot 100

K-pop legends TWICE continue their remarkable chart domination as “Strategy” marks its 15th consecutive week on Billboard’s Hot 100 at No. 72, solidifying the group’s status as one of the most enduring acts in global pop music. What started as a December 2024 release has transformed into a cultural phenomenon thanks to an unexpected boost.

TWICE KPop Demon Hunters Effect

Released in December 2024, “Strategy” gained global popularity after being featured in the “KPop Demon Hunters” soundtrack earlier this year. This strategic placement breathed new life into the track, propelling it onto the Hot 100 months after its initial release and proving that great music always finds its moment.

The movie connection didn’t just benefit “Strategy.” TWICE members Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung’s version of the “KPop Demon Hunters” original soundtrack “Takedown” spent its 17th consecutive week on the Hot 100 at No. 80, showcasing the group’s incredible staying power.

This achievement speaks volumes about TWICE’s dedicated fanbase and the quality of their music. In an era of fleeting chart success, maintaining positions for months demonstrates genuine audience connection.
