It’s very tough to continue your form and play every game with your full potential and maintaining a winning streak in a competitive league like ISL. But there are some teams who have done this. Initially, FC Goa and ATK Mohun Bagan hold the joint record for the longest unbeaten run in ISL. Interestingly, both teams have enjoyed the unbeaten run under the same manager, Juan Ferrando.

Bengaluru FC arrived in the Indian Super League in the 2017-18 season and they made their intentions known to the other teams that they are here to stay. Their unbeaten run started with a win against Mumbai City FC and they kept going until a defeat against Chennaiyin FC in the ISL final halted their run.

The 2021-22 season was full of turmoil for the Kolkata-based club ATK Mohun Bagan, especially in the initial phase. They had a good start to the season, winning their first two games. However, after that, the side lost its way a bit. This forced the management to rope in former FC Goa coach Juan Ferrando as their new head coach.
