Nuke
Nuke was a guinea pig for Project Weapon Plus, the same military program that gave us Captain America. Originally hired by Kingpin to kill Daredevil, he went berserk and was only stopped when Captain America and Daredevil apparently killed him.
Mr. Fear
Mr. Fear first appeared in Daredevil #6 in 1965. He possesses the ability to cause even the most courageous of heroes to feel extreme fear from a distance, using pellets fired out of a gun that got “fear gas” embedded into it, making him quite possibly one of the deadliest enemies for long-ranged combat.
