The Four Couples

What Is the Film About?

Set during the shift from summer to fall, the film captures the witty, understated conversations of four pairs of men and women who cross paths at the same café. Their stories sometimes unfold separately and sometimes overlap, which gives the film a gentle, interwoven feel.

The Poster

The new poster stands out with a pink-and-green color scheme and bold typography. The four couples are placed between the words “DAY AND NIGHT,” and each faces a different moment. Yoo Jin and Hyeon Oh stand far apart, looking in different directions. Sang Mi holds Young Min’s cheeks as he looks flustered, while Hye Jin listens to Dong Nam with an uneasy expression. Na Kyeong and Jong Su sit across from each other with a clear distance between them.

The Teaser

The teaser shows the characters spending days and nights in the café from summer through fall. Their faces run through excitement, surprise, curiosity and hesitation. The film’s tagline sums it up: “All the moments we loved are here.”
