Locating the Fairfield Armory

The armory is situated in a building just south of Fairfield, adjacent to the jail cell. The Easiest Method: Roof Shortcut (No Skills Required)

Here’s the game-changer for early-game players: you don’t need any special skills to access the armory. Starting from the jail entrance, head right toward the Bounty Terminal. You’ll notice scaffolding along the jail walls that connects to the rooftop. Simply climb up this scaffolding to reach the roof, then walk straight until you spot an opening or vent. Drop down through this opening, and you’ll land directly inside the Fairfield Armory—no key card, no skill checks required.

This method is perfect for players who haven’t invested points in technical skills yet but still want access to premium loot. For more gaming guides and strategies, explore our gaming section.

Skill-Based Entry Methods

If you’ve already leveled up certain skills, you have additional options. With Level 3 in either Lockpicking or Explosives, you can directly interact with the armory door to unlock it. Alternatively, if you’ve invested in Speech skills (Level 2 minimum), you can convince Warden Sterling inside the jail building to open the door for you—a diplomatic solution for smooth-talkers.

Valuable Loot Inside the Armory

The treasures waiting inside make the effort worthwhile:

Weapons & Ammunition: Shock Machine Gun, 9 Shotgun shells, 15 Short Rounds, 42 Compact Rounds, 3 Explosive Grenades, and 58 Shock Rods

Armor & Equipment: Defensive Plates providing 10% Damage Resistance, Infantry Cap with 40% toxicity drain rate boost, and the standout Bandolier Uniform offering 20% Evasion Chance plus 50% increased combat sprint speed

These items provide significant advantages for mid to late-game encounters, making the Fairfield Armory a must-visit location for serious players.
