“The Girlfriend Experience (Season 1)”: Amazon Prime Video reveals the trailer of Soderbergh’s Latest Starz Series

Amazon Prime Video has dropped the season 1 trailer of Steven Soderbergh’s series ‘The Girlfriend Experience. It seems that in 2009 Steven Soderbergh directed in porn across run Hollywood actress Sasha Grey in the Girlfriend Experience.

The series follows a girl named Chelsea who is living the secret life as the high-end call girl offering ” the girlfriend experience” at the few of the thousand dollars a pop. Soderbergh has taken the provocative story and also has been transformed it into an equally provocative anthology series for Starz, and we also have a first look through the first Girlfriend Experience trailer.

It seems that the premise is different slightly and the name remains the exact same. It seems that Riley Keough also one of “the brides” in Mad Max: Fury Road has been replaced by Grey as a girl named Christine Reade who has been gone with such name Chelsea while she is also working. She has been introduced to the world via law school classmates and finding it natural and it is very difficult to balance the line of work with the daytime aspirations.

The Girlfriend Experience (Season 1): Plot

Season 1 reveals Christine Reade who is a second-year student at Chicago-Burnham Law school and also has a new intern at the prestigious firm of Kirkland & Allen.

She will work hard to establish herself at the firm and she is quickly focusing the shifts while the classmate reveals her to the world of such transactional relationships that are known as GFFs and now they have been known as GFEs and they are the women who provide

“The Girlfriend Experience” is an emotional and sexual relationship with a very high price. It has been juggling with the two of the very different lives, Christine is finding quickly herself drawn into such GFE world and also has been attracted with the rush of such control and intimacy. This show is like a blend of Secret Diary of a Call Girl with the handful of Fifty Shades of Grey.

The Girlfriend Experience (Season1): Cast

This season 1 features Riley Keogh, Paul Sparks, and  Mary Lynn Rajskub. It contains 13 episodes. This series has been written and directed by Lodge Kerrigan and my Seimetz.  The executive producers are Phillip Fleishman, Lodge Kerrigan, Amy Seimetz, Gary Marcus, and Jeff Cuban.

The Girlfriend Experience (Season1): Release Date

Amazon Prime Video has not even declared the release date of the series.
