What is The Game Caterers?

Produced by legendary PD Na Young-seok, The Game Caterers is a web variety show with a unique twist: instead of artists visiting a studio, the show visits them at their workplaces. The recreation-focused format features fun challenges, games, and competitions designed to showcase artists’ personalities beyond their stage personas.

Previous installments have visited entertainment giants including HYBE, SM Entertainment, STARSHIP Entertainment, and YG Entertainment, making The Game Caterers a must-watch series for K-pop enthusiasts.

Episode 2 Highlights: 40-Member Dance Battle Showdown

Episode 2 brings an unprecedented challenge: JYP’s 40-member mega crew mission featuring a Random Play Dance battle. This segment promises to be the most ambitious yet, with a record-breaking 30 rounds of competition.

How Random Play Dance Works:

• Producers play popular K-pop tracks randomly
• Participants must immediately perform the correct choreography
• Those who can’t keep up or make mistakes are eliminated
• Competition continues until one winner remains

Based on previous episodes, the top three finishers typically receive coffee truck rewards—a coveted prize in the Korean entertainment industry.

The new preview shows all 40 participants energetically preparing for battle, with fans already buzzing about seeing iconic moments like Stray Kids’ Hyunjin potentially performing the “Smoke” challenge choreography.
