The first-ever specs leaked of AMD’s RDNA 3 ‘NAVI 3X’ GPU

AMD’s upcoming RDNA 3 ‘NAVI 3X’ GPU has finally made its appearance on the internet with its first-ever alleged spec leak. The leak has been posted by a reliable leaker KittyYuko, a reliable leaker and has provided accurate information for its Ampere GPUs.

So let’s see the alleged spec leaks of the AMD’s Navi 33 GPU, which will be sported in the next-generation Radeon RX gaming graphics cards. According to the leaker, the AMD Navi 33 GPU specs will be the same as the Navi 21 GPU. However, it will be based on the next-generation RDNA 3 GPU IP core. The rumour suggests that they will offer the same performance as the existing Big Navi 21 (RDNA 2) GPU in future mainstream graphics cards.

Coming to the specifications, the leaker indicates that it is to be expected that there will be a total of 80 compute units which will pack a total of 5120 stream processors. AMD will reportedly keep the per CU core count to 64 SPs as the existing chips.

It also expected that this amazing GPU from AMD would also be based on a brand new process node such as TSMC’s 5nm. AMD has already patented an active bridge chip-let solution for its next-generation GPUs. It will come with an integrated cache and interconnects the multiple dies featured on the Navi 3X (RDNA 3) GPUs.

The AMD RDNA 3 ‘Navi 3’ GPU lineup of Radeon RX graphics cards will compete with NVIDIA’s Ada Lovelace GPUs. The next-gen GPUs still aren’t expected till the end of 2022 or early 2023.
