Last week, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 was launched on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PlayStation 5. Now, it looks like the wait was well worth it for the current-gen version of the game.

VG Tech shared a video regarding the frame rate test which points out the impressive performance of the remaster of the first two titles of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater series on all current-gen console in both Fidelity and Performance modes.

VG Tech shared also the details on what resolution the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 runs on every current-gen consoles. The differences between Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 are minimal.

“PS5 in Fidelity mode uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 3840×2160 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 3552×1998. Pixel counts below 3840×2160 seem to be rare on PS5 in Fidelity mode. Xbox Series X in Fidelity mode uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 3840×2160 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 3264×1836. Pixel counts below 3840×2160 seem to be rare on Xbox Series X in Fidelity mode.”

“PS5 in Performance mode uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 2560×1440 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 2112×1188. Pixel counts at 2560×1440 seem to be common on PS5 in Performance mode. Xbox Series X in Performance mode uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 2560×1440 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 1920×1080. Pixel counts at 2560×1440 seem to be common on Xbox Series X in Performance mode.”

In both display modes, the difference with the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 Xbox Series S is bigger.

“Xbox Series S in Fidelity mode uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 2560×1440 and the lowest resolution found being 1920×1080. Pixel counts at 2560×1440 seem to be common on Xbox Series S in Fidelity mode.”

“Xbox Series S in Performance mode uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 1600×900 and the lowest resolution found being 1280×720. Pixel counts at 1600×900 seem to be common on Xbox Series S in Performance mode.”

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 is now available worldwide on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
