Netflix has dropped the first complete trailer for its upcoming comedy, The Chair. The story of this much-anticipated series will be followed by Dr. Ji-Yoon Kim as she has been navigating her role as the Chair of the English department at the most prestigious Pembroke University. After entering the university she has faced a set of unique challenges like she is the first woman to take the chai the department and also as the staff member of color at the university.
The trailer depicts that Kim is telling about her colleagues also about the department which is in genuine crisis. She has felt like someone had handed her a ticking time bomb as they had wanted to make things confirm that a woman had been holding it when it would be exploded. You don’t need to get fear as her intention is to shake this place up.
The story of the comedy series has been written by the showrunner actress Amanda Peet. She is also the executive producer of the series along with Oh, Game of Thrones, David Benioff, and D.B. Weiss, Bernie Caulfield, and Daniel Gray. The writers of the show are Pete, Wyman, Richard E. Robbins, Jennifer Kim, and also Andrea Troyer. All of the six episodes have been directed by Longino.
