Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. submitted a patent for “vehicle applet running method, device, computer equipment, and storage medium” on February 22, according to IT House news.
The abstract demonstrates that the method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be applied to a vehicle scene by interacting between the view layer in the browser and the control layer running in the operating system and that the browser can be used to run the applet without the need to develop the applet separately. The software is displayed on the page, which cuts down on development costs.
The present application’s embodiments reveal a method, device, computer equipment, and storage medium for executing an in-vehicle applet, all of which are related to the Internet of Vehicles. The method includes sending a first data acquisition request to a control layer running in the operating system in response to the applet identifier input in the browser; obtaining the programme package corresponding to the applet identifier and sending the first-page data corresponding to the applet identifier to the view layer through the control layer, and sending the first-page data corresponding to the applet identifier to the view layer through the view layer.
The method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be applied to a vehicle scene, and the view layer in the browser interacts with the control layer running in the operating system to display the page of the applet in the browser through the view layer in the browser, realises the way of running the applet with a browser, and no longer needs to develop a page display programme separately for the applet, thereby reducing the development cost.
